The Property Management Service offered by Urban Enterprises is very affordable too. We use a simple formula to calculate costs associated with rental and deposit money collection. We use a flat rate fee for all other services. Please see the Services and Fees page for a breakdown of these costs.

Our staff has been in the property management business for a combined 11 years. We currently manage over 50 rental properties, including single family homes, duplex apartments, and Multi-unit dwellings. We collect weekly,
bi-weekly, and monthly rents. We coordinate with local repair companies to resolve maintenance issues at our managed units. This includes air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and waste services to mention a few.

We understand the needs of the tenant and are experienced with all types of tenants, to include tenants from varying economic, cultural, social, and environmental backgrounds. We know how to handle the tenant in the most effective way to insure successful collection or rent money, deposit money, and to satisfy their needs as they relate to unit repair and maintenance services.
